1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

Use of the bso88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bso88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age will be verified during the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, with any remaining real-money Balance refunded to the original deposit source.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bso88 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bso88 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on bso88. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balances derived from bonus abuse.
5. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether operated by bso88 or any third-party responsible gambling service. If you have previously self-excluded from bso88, you must contact support before attempting to re-register.
6. Not Acting on Behalf of a Third Party: You must be betting on your own behalf using your own funds. Accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of betting, or betting on behalf of another person, is expressly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To access the betting and gaming features of bso88, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bso88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, bso88 requires completion of KYC verification. Documents typically required include: a clear photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of residential address (where applicable), and a selfie holding your KTP. Verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours on business days (WIB).
4. Account Currency: All Accounts on bso88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other currency is accepted or displayed.
5. Account Inactivity: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bso88 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant Accounts after providing reasonable notice. Any Balance remaining after fee deductions will be returned to the Account holder upon written request.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bso88 supports a range of Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) with no currency conversion fees applied by bso88.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The following payment channels are accepted for deposits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 10.000 (e-wallet) and Rp 25.000 (bank transfer). Maximum deposit limits vary by tier and are displayed in your Account dashboard.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to verified Indonesian bank accounts that match the Account holder's registered name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Standard processing time is 5–15 minutes for most bank transfers during business hours (WIB, Monday–Friday). Withdrawals submitted outside business hours or on public holidays may take up to 2 hours. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

1. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
3. bso88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud prevention flags. Such checks may delay processing by up to 5 business days.
4. bso88 will not be held liable for delays caused by the User's bank, including interbank settlement delays or bank system maintenance periods.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bso88 offers various promotional bonuses including deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published at the time of the promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") of between 5x and 10x the bonus amount. This means the full bonus value must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) may contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
3. One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus may be claimed per household address, IP address, device, or payment method unless bso88 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
4. Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived solely from bonus funds (as opposed to deposited real-money funds) may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
6. Abuse & Manipulation: bso88 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, coordinated play, or any other form of promotion manipulation is detected.
7. No Bonus Transfers: Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

6 Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all Bets placed on bso88. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and should be read in conjunction with these Terms:

1. Bet Finality: Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by bso88's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. Users should verify all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.
2. Odds Errors: bso88 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.
3. Event Postponement & Cancellation: If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to football, tennis, and other sports — consult the sport-specific rules page.
4. Live Betting: In-play (live) betting odds are updated continuously. bso88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but brief delays between the live event and the Platform's data feed may occur. bso88 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
5. RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on bso88 use certified random number generation software. Results are independent of all previous results. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in each game's information panel.
6. Maximum Payout: Individual Bets are subject to maximum payout limits, which vary by market. Maximum payout limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and in the sport/game-specific rules.

7 Responsible Gaming

bso88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools and policies are in place to protect Users:

1. Age Verification: The Platform is strictly 21+. bso88 employs KYC procedures to verify the age of all Users prior to processing withdrawals, and conducts ongoing account-level checks to detect underage access.
2. Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
3. Self-Exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request self-exclusion by contacting bso88 support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available.
4. Time-Out: A short-term Time-Out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be activated immediately from the Account dashboard without requiring contact with support.
5. Reality Checks: Users may configure session-time reminders that appear at regular intervals during play to help maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bso88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game content, data compilations, and design elements — is the intellectual property of bso88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bso88. Unauthorized use of bso88's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bso88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Users, or any form of corruption or manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Conducting transactions using funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or data feed latency to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple Accounts, allowing third parties to use your Account, or acting as an agent for other persons in placing Bets.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bso88 staff, other Users, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with bso88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. bso88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
2. bso88 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether or not bso88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. bso88's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. bso88 shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party bank system failures, natural disasters, or government action.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

bso88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as listed in Section 9 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (i.e., funds not subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security review. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.

12 Privacy & Data

bso88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, transaction processing, customer support, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. bso88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments

bso88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bso88 will notify registered Users by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the amendment at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bso88 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and bso88 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in bso88's jurisdiction of incorporation. This provision does not limit bso88's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

Where Indonesian consumer protection law applies and cannot be contractually excluded, nothing in these Terms shall be construed to deprive you of rights conferred upon you under Indonesian law.
